Amidst the lush greenery and bird-filled bush surroundings of Allegra House in Paihia, my stay was a tranquil haven. The Island View bed and breakfast rooms were elegantly appointed, boasting a queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and a Smart TV for relaxing evenings. Waking up to the breathtaking sea views from my balcony was a true delight. The heartfelt breakfast served by the hosts in the first-floor kitchen was a culinary journey, featuring fresh eggs, local meats and cheeses, and a variety of fruits. The peaceful ambiance of the property, coupled with the convenient access to Paihia's shops and restaurants, made it a perfect retreat. For fellow nature enthusiasts and relaxation seekers, Allegra House is a hidden gem not to be missed in the heart of the Bay of Islands.
